In reply to Beverley Harrow (msg # 120):

yup why I thought just have a set schedule to post something.  I found it helps to get back into things even if the post is in the tavern to just post.

Can't wait for the campaign to start up again.  One post at a time  :)

In reply to Beverley Harrow (msg # 124):

Dirk looks about wondering why then is he checking traps at the main door when all the loot has been down those side passageways.

OK, guys gals please just share the food and drink as this halfling is hungry and thirsty after all that trap checking.

ou can keep all that magicm it only attracts others to want it from you or others expect you to do all the fighting for them and risk your necks.  Me, I'll just enjoy a good drink every now an then and let you all do all the adventuring for me.

Re: The non existant tavern. (OOC)

In reply to Dirk (msg # 125):

Beverley hands over to Dirk, a small box with a tiny lock, she hands him the key which was stuck to the bottom when she found it. As he ooens it, there is a pop and then the smell of chocolate cake assaults Dirks nostrils as a glorious piece gleams in the torch light. Go on Dirk, try it.... Its not a trap, how could it be with such succulent majesty enticing your very sould to taste it?

Re: The non existant tavern. (OOC)

I am confused as to where we are.  It sounds like Dirk and Beverley are near the entrance and Raph and Grim are deeper in the cavern.

Re: The non existant tavern. (OOC)

Ok, a bit of context and refreshment. And context for Beverly's sake.

The group was originally in the village. There, an angry mob formed seeking to storm a fortress in the marshes. That is the mob you saw, they are on the way to the fortress. The cave is a safe out-of-the-way spot. But the mob itself is moving to the fortress not to the cave.

The party followed a couple of cloaked men that was in the village and looked worried because the mob formed, one of them wanted to bail completely and was killed by the other. The party followed him to the cave entrance -which had armed guards-. The cloaked man entered the cave, and now a group of them are approaching the gates you all are in front of.

In reply to Grimbold (msg # 136):

I described this, Beverly is in the passage, the gates are in front of you.

Also, there was mention of a moathouse/outpost back in the makeshift tavern. Right before the people lost their minds and formed the mob.
