The Battle of Britain has started. The Nazis are pulling no punches, sending their war planes across the Channel to pummel Britain into submission. Worse yet, the War Bureau believes that if Britain's air force is knocked out, the mighty British Navy will be hard-pressed to fend off attacks from the sea and air.

You have one advantage: Hitler's madness. A recent bombing accidentally bombed a Target in Germany. This incensed Hitler, causing him to claim that there would be no a further threat to the German people from the air. The war Bureau believes that if a Target can be struck in Germany's capital, Hitler will be driven to demand Revenge. He will overrule his military advisers and redirect the luftwaffe from military targets to symbolic ones.

One squadron of a dozen bombers are flying across the Channel now, escorted by two squadrons of fighters. It is nearing dusk, and the coast is coming into view.

This plan came together fast, and quite a few details were handled at the last minute. The heroes take this last moment of calm to remind themselves of the preparations they made.
