Re: ▶ OOC Conversations

On my phone the medallions are of course larger than the 100x100 avatars but they aren't so huge as to be an issue.

Now the combat maps totally toss off my phone, lol.  Text becomes tiny to accommodate the map that goes well beyond the browsers normal size and there is a lot of swiping back and forth to see the entire thing and pinch zooming to read the text.

Re: ▶ OOC Conversations

I've had no issue on mobile with their size. The Map is generally not an issue either other than I cannot see the map and my response at the same time without constant moving back and forth.

Yes we have found the elf. She may not be alive but we have found her last known location.

Re: ▶ OOC Conversations

Nicely done Korkas.

With any luck we're also one step closer to making it harder for whoever is doing the manipulation from causing a full blown conflagration of strife in the town.

Korkas is planning on heading out from this point. But want to give Ali a chance to respond. If the DM doesn't mind I will make my psuedo exit now, knowing that a little more happen once Ali is back on (time zone differences)

Re: ▶ OOC Conversations

I work?

You give me too much credit. I guess technically I do work, I am a in home caregiver, I get paid to stay at home and watch my sister in law and Mother in law who are both mentally challenged. I think that is the politically correct word to us. My Sister in law had a brain tumor when she was little and although she is 34 has the mentality of a 8 year old. And my Mother in Law had a motorcycle accident and has a TBI, so she needs supervised. I stay at home, watch them, and post on RPOL. The wife goes to school full time getting her social workers degree, and does extreme couponing and sells bundles of items on Facebook Marketplace to bring in extra cash. I worked in the Security Industry since I was 17, I'm 36 now. I stopped working 2 years ago when we moved to Ohio because the cost of living was getting way out of hand in Austin Texas. My Mother in law had a house up here in Ohio that she was renting, so we gave the tenets notice and moved up here. Cost of living up here compared to where we were at is amazing, but the food, nightlife, sucks ass. I started my weightloss journey a few months after we got up here, and I ended up getting weight loss surgery, I was around 450 at my highest, right now I'm down to 320, and still loosing every week. I have a goal weight of around 220 in mind. But yeah, I have loads of free time, at least for now. Things might change in a few months though. Its going to be hard to return to a real job, since the small town I am in doesn't have much when it comes to Security jobs so I might end up having to take a job at a manufacturing plant or the egg farm, which I hear stinks.. but eh, its money. I'm not liking living in rural Ohio, other than the cost of living, and I can get a gallon of milk for 99c, and a dozen eggs for 45c. But finding a good rack of BBQ or a fucking Breakfast taco is nearly impossible.

Mind if Korkas wanders out of the scene to go other places or would you prefer I wait on Ali.

Re: ▶ OOC Conversations

Ah that's illuminating DM! I guess rural living does has its pros. I live in a tiny country that has little to offer in terms of farmland lol. Things here aren't too bad compared to other cities save the cost of cars, houses, liquor and cigarettes lol

A pint of beer at a supermarket costs around $5 usd

Go ahead Korkas you can leave the scene. Ali can catch up later, or sit and threaten the Goblin some more with his baking soda!
