Re: ▶ OOC Conversations

Off for the night, got a busy day ahead of me tomorrow. Night folks.

We should have everyone almost ready to go character wise, and then we can move to the next day.

Re: ▶ OOC Conversations

I think we are only missing one PC now? If I am correct on who is in the Inn now.

Uh just Spungior and the innkeeper and his family I think.

Oh and the Rangers.

Sorry about that Kossoth, I accidentally deleted you when I was arranging players. You should be back now, let me know if it messed anything up.

*chuckles*

Oh no total amnesia!  Where am I?  Who am I?  What am I doing here?

Nah, I think the only thing that got wiped was in the RTJ thread that had the details of Kossoth's history that I can rebuild and add to my scratchpad.

Transparency Post

Because of the speed of the game, we lost the player for Hollen Jeth. So I will be taking control of the character for now, Rhanis Mindogar is also an NPC, I just added him to the game before the other AD&D game he was in died. I may bring him in as an NPC later on. Depending on who all sticks around, and if we get any replacements.

Right now it looks like Althiof, Hollen, Korkas and Virius are for sure doing the Stolen Spellbook. Not sure where Yaotl and Kossoth are going to stand on it. Still waiting on Ali to make his appearance but I told the player that he could show up in the morning. He is finishing up the last bits of his character. But it looks like things are coming together. It was smart of me to have added extra players, I knew that we'd loose some.

Re: ▶ OOC Conversations

Well, at least I can respond.

Oh, I found this btw also.

If you like it, I can use it as the token reference for your portrait. I also decided to send it to RPOL to get them to make it a portrait, since I really liked that character from "The Mummy" and RPOL needs a little more diversity when it comes to portrait selection.

Re: ▶ OOC Conversations

That works perfectly for me.

They do have the actors face at least one other place if not two but it's from his time in the Resident Evil series.

Re: ▶ OOC Conversations

Who knows maybe RPOL will approve it. I don't even know if they are taking submissions right now. But eh. worth a try. I wish I could have access to that gallery for one day... I'd scrap a lot of the old crappy stuff.

@Yaotl, your good! You are the first to ask how the Ranger Lord died, that was a nice step. The conversations are worth it.

We are gearing down for the evening IC, I think I'll move any more conversation to the Common Room, wrap up a few. And when Ali is finished up he can appear in Hommlet in the morning.

In the Common Room, every single person that was downstairs today can hear us, right?

Re: ▶ OOC Conversations

Unless otherwise specified with whispers, yes anything said in the Inn's downstairs common room could be heard by everyone. (Not that all of them were listening but yes.) Anything that was briefly said in the sideroom would have not been heard. Anything upstairs in the Common Sleeping room, can be heard by anyone awake. Anyone sleeping no.

I've assumed yes unless trying to whisper. Which Korkas doesn't seem to do well or doesn't care to.

Re: ▶ OOC Conversations

Reminder.

With the Spell Point system, Mages do not have to memorize individual spells for the day. They still have to have a spellbook to read over their spells, but they can cast whatever spell they know using the spell points. This makes Mages a lot more versatile.
