○ Hommlet Cemetery

The Hommlet Cemetery is on the outskirts of town, a lone road leads from the construction area around where the Keep is being built and into a small nearby forested glen. You can see the old crumbling rock as you approach. Some of the walls have been knocked down overtime, clearly there has not been a groundskeeper for many years. It doesn't look like preparations have been made yet for the Ranger Lords funeral.

Storm brings the bodies to the place, renders last rites and cremates the bodies.
Having done that, he will return to town and seek the wood cutters to inform them of the mossion siccess.

Stormrider appears at the edge of the Cemetery, the ground is soggy and wet, the air is still damp, but the storm has moved passed Hommlet, and is on the horizon.

With all the preparations and the casting of a spell to make yourself invisible to Undead. it may have been without cause. The Cemetery is quiet. Other than a few crows perched on top of one of the mausoleums not much is happening. There doesn't seem to be a groundskeeper, and the upkeep of the cemetery is pretty bad. Not really knowing the towns guidelines, you kinda just wing it. Leaning nearby is a few shovels, cords of wood, some other tools but most have been beaten by constant weather. One area of the cemetery does look like its seen some recent activity though. A fresh plot has been dug near the southern edge, a mound of dirt lays next to the hole. Likely this is where the Ranger Lord is going to be buried. The two corpses that you brought earlier are undisturbed. The rain likely keeping any snooping wildlife at bay. One area of the cemetery looks to be a burning circle, scorch marks on the ground and the smell of ash and soot. Its likely here where cremations happen.

Although everything is waterlogged at the moment, getting a fire started may be harder than you thought. Its kinda bad that the cemetery has gotten to this level, no groundskeeper, no building for special services. Obviously the Old Faith and the church of St. Cuthbert both have allowed the cemetery to get this bad.

Seeing the poor state of the cemetery, Storm feels bad. To any religion or belief, last rites are important. He resolves to do something about it.
He will go to the symbol placed At the cemetery and cast a Bless spell on it to consecrate the ground.

He then cremates the two bodies and places a stone marker to mark their resting place.'nezt, storm will look at the  freshly dug plot of land and explore the cemetery thoroughly.

When he is satisfied that there is nothing to be gained, he will use his funds to engage villagers to erect a fence around the cemetery.

OOC: I will explore this place for evil. If DM determines there is nome, I will approach the mayor to request to build a fence around it and let my order take charge of last rites.
