"So spiders it is on the morrow. Perhaps we talk to Jaroo about any salves that may aid us? I will go see Father Calmert and see if he can offer any aid as well. And I need to tend to these wounds as well." Korkas remarks as he sheaths his blades satisfied with their current care. He pushes himself out of the chair, the steam of the fire slowly wicking away some of the rain as he grabs his cloak and wraps it about him.

Re: The Funeral of a Friend....

Korkas stopped at the door one last time to look back towards his fellow adventurers to see if any of the others were going to get up or not and act on his suggestion, he shrugged his shoulders and walked out the door. He pulled up his hood and walked out into the pour rain towards the Church of Cuthbert to see if he could find some healing.

Virius' noble sensibilities were placated when the party seemed agreeable to returning the crown.  He was only to happy to pursue further adventures with them ... but there was the matter of gear.  His had not been up to the task.

Rising from the table, Virius bids his new comrades-in-arms goodbye.  "Until tomorrow, then."

Heading to Rannos Davi's shop.

Kossoth nodded, ”I’ll go collect the cut gems to hand out to everyone in the morning, drop by Black Jay to see if he is willing to talk and then perhaps look for the druids for a little healing.”

Re: The Funeral of a Friend....

Korkas Stonedelver:
Korkas wandered in from outside thoroughly drenched. He shook his head a bit to clear some of the rain from it. And the proceeded to shake his clothes out a but before he wandered over to the bar. He pulled out a few coins and set it on the bar while Ostler was delivering the wine "My donation for your hospitality." he remarked to Gloria as he set back down on the bar 3 platinum coins he had been given for his share of the goblin loot.

Korkas smiled at her and walked back towards the private room grabbing a couple cords of wood for the fire. He needed to dry off.

Before Ali goes back into the inn following his new companions He take one more look out at his covered wheel barrel to make sure it is safe.  Walking back in he watches Oslter deliver something t the room then come out and goes to the bar where he meets Oslter "Good sir, would there be a safer and dryer place to put by wheel barrel with some of my tools of my trade that is in it?  Setting outside exposed to the elements and unknown makes me nervous.  I am willing to pay?

If Oslter identifies a place and the cost, Ali will turn to the good Dwarf friend at he bar "I'll be right back, please wait for me before you all start planning" and pays the coins and puts the wheel barrel in the location, secures/covers it better and goes back in and to the private room.

"Alright, just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in."

The dwarf, quickly went to his room .  He changed his clothes to his adventuring set, which he wouldn't mind getting so muddy or wet.  He also brought his pack and full set of weaponry.

Then he came back downstairs and headed out the door, hopefully not into the jaws of a lion.

Going to Jaroo's grove.

In reply to Althiof Morad (msg # 393):

Returning to the inn, Ali goe to the private roo in time to watch everyone or most everyone leave.  Oh my what did I miss, where are you all going.  hhmm has anyone seen the Spongbob dude, I want to take my turn tonight and read over his spell book?

Hearing spiders, "eww, they can be deadly, though I may have some elixirs or salves that may help a wee bit.  I'l look tomorrow morning before we leave.  Actually I'll probably take my moble lab with me, you never know what I may find useful out there in the woods.

Ali will pull a chair near the fire and a glass of the wine and enjoy the heat of the fire hoping to dry a little bit of his robe.  Once he has finished his drink he goes out to the common room to look for the mage to see desecrately when he can borrow the spell book to look at.

Oslter offers the Stables to Ali at no cost. "There is plenty of dry space in the stables, I'm pretty sure there is even a stall that hasn't had a horse in it for while. The smell isan't great but it should be safer than your cart being outside. Plus my youngest looks in on the stables and feeds and pets the horses." he says.

Ali moves to the common room looking to see if he sees Spugonior?

If so, he will join Spugonior at his table and kindly ask Good Spugonior what ya drinking? He will order the next round  I'll get the next round which gives us time to talk our trade, skills and what we have learned, you know magic and all that jazz plus when would be a good time for me to be able to look over the spell book?

If not, he will go to Oslter, My good man, thank you for the use of your stables, here is a copper for your troubles and one for the lad who checks in on things.  Smiles, no worries I like to at least keep things even amount friends for one day I may not have the ability to repay your kindness and I am sure the lad would appreciate the coin.  Sighs, By chance would you now were Spugonior would be, room or favorite haunt?  I wanted to check on some things with him.

Re: The Funeral of a Friend....

Spugnoir is not in the Inn.

Ostler when asked about where Spugnoir is sighs. "Likely out with Vesta, the two of them left about an hour ago and haven't been back yet, I'd be worried, but I know my girl can take care of herself, Especially if Spugnoir tried to get handsy. But this weather. Its what has me really worried, its not like her to be out in this sort of rain." he says. "But trying to keep young love apart will only make matters worse." he says. "Thanks for the coin, and its my youngest daughter that looks in on the stables. I'll make sure she gets the copper." he says.

Korkas walks over to Ostler at the bar, speaking softly in case any others with wandering ears tried to listen in "You know any of the laborers, or do they visit here often, for Burne's keep project? Looks like I'll be able to get some steady work there."

Althiƶf ambles back into the inn, thoroughly drenched and fairly muddy.  By the front door, he stomps his boots trying to get the mud off of them, and then takes off his cloak.  He wanders up to Ostler, "One more ale for the night?  Tonight sure has been a busy one."

"Well it is better balanced and sharper than any weapon I touched. Bought it from the smithy. You are right. Still I guess I did pay good money for it. We will see how it helps tomorrow when we fight the spiders," Storm says, glad he finally has something to compensate for his physical weakness
