Hmm. I don't think she can get a Raptor yet. Think got to be level 7 but is it possible with Natural Bond feat?

Or shape it like a raptor, give it the stats of a dog (more or less) and let it run!  :D

Dire Badger

So its a toss up between a dire badger, dire wolverine, monitor lizard (lol) and a raptor.

Raptor is probably the most versatile, fastest, and powerful choice. Dire Badger could be interesting with the burrowing though it takes a feat to be able to ride the dire badger while it is burrowing, plus rage is nice. Dire Wolverine is more powerful than the badger but it is a shame it doesn't have burrow. I would take a horse over the monitor lizard unless you need the swim speed they are pretty weak.

Over all I think the Raptor or the Dire Badger is the best choice.

Question is would I get a raptor in Oriental Adventures? :) Probably. Dire anything can be fun lol.
