NEWS FROM THE FRONT
The overall result of the army was inconclusive.

The 1st Division crushed the enemy.

The results of the 2nd Division was inconclusive, but the 3rd Brigade retreat lead to the 27th Musketeers routing, except the 3rd Battalion commanded by Cpt Gade, that stood in good order covering the retreat, even counterattacking and stopping the pursuers, driving some of them from the field.
