The combined skills: I don't see either of the new skills in the template on RPOL. The 4 old skills seem to be gone, but the new ones not added. Do you want us to just put them in? Or do you want to update the template? I have added this to the template

Are inspiration and bottle caps the same thing?  The bottom of the house rules document references both.  I know bottle caps in Glass Cannon are used like inspiration, so I feel like they’re the same thing, but want to explicitly check.  They are the same thing.  I had written the doc using Bottle Cap everywhere, but decided to change it to Inspiration since there are a few people who I don't think listen to the Glass Cannon Podcast.  Everyone here has played 5E, so Inspiration is something everyone is familiar with

How should we calculate our hit points? Do we roll the hit die, take the average, take the max, or some other method? Max on the die at level one.  After that, roll your hit die, and if you're below the average (i.e. 2 on a d4, 3 on a d6, etc) then you can choose to take the average instead.

Would you consider allowing scimitars to be finesse weapons? Other than slashing vs piercing they have the same stats as a rapier which is a finesse weapon. After reading through the setting info, I’m planning to be a Varisian who learned to fight from the traditional sword-dances of his people. Eventually I’m planning to take the Dervish prestige class which turns scimitars into light weapons so you can dual wield them. I could just use a rapier until level 6 for the same effect, but the flavor feels wrong.  Fine by me, thanks for asking :)

Disable device is a INT skill, but your template has it as a DEX skill - is this intentional? No, it's not intentional.  I pulled the template from a thread here on RPOL, and the original author must have mixed that up.  I have fixed it.

Scy is not in the 3.5 skill list.  I have removed it from the template
