This is a House Rule that I am shamelessly stealing from the Glass Cannon Podcast and their subsidiary shows.  If you're not familiar, it's similar to Inspiration in DND 5th Edition, with one slight difference - you can use a bottle cap to give yourself advantage, but you also have the option to use a bottle cap to give the GM disadvantage on a roll if you want (for example, a Saving Throw or a Crit Confirmation roll).  You earn bottle caps by doing cool things, figuring out story things ahead of a reveal, etc.
