The initial RTJ is not a character concept, but rather the NDA agreement. This is a standard Atomic Ninja Studios NDA to be allowed access to material not yet published.

Also, please note this game is by invite only. If you have not spoken to the game master or to Atomic Ninja Studios, your RTJ will be rejected.

For those invited, please also put the character you play in the game you were invited from (if applicable).

Confidential Playtest Agreement
By registering to participate at Atomic Ninja Game Studios as a Player or Gamemaster, or participating in a playtest, you accept the CONFIDENTIAL PLAYTEST AGREEMENT. This is a legal agreement between you and Atomic Ninja Game Studios and governs your participation in a closed and confidential playtest (The “Playtest”). By registering and/or participating in the Playtest, you (a) acknowledge that you have read this agreement in its entirety, (b) agree to be bound by its Terms and Conditions, and (c) are authorized and able to
Playtest. As part of your participation in the Playtest, you may download, install, play, and otherwise access a nonpublic and confidential version of this Atomic Ninja Game Studios game (the “Game”). During the Playtest, Atomic Ninja Game Studios grants you a limited, personal,
non assignable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Game solely for the purposes of the Playtest, to provide Feedback and participate in the Playtest. Use of the Game, or any other materials provided to you as part of the Playtest not expressly permitted under this Agreement is strictly prohibited.
Feedback. As part of the Playtest, you may provide Atomic Ninja Game Studios with comments, feedback, thoughts, questions, ideas, and suggestions regarding the Game (“Feedback”). You are solely responsible for all Feedback you provide and you acknowledge that such Feedback will not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party. You also agree that in order to remain eligible for future playtest opportunities you must return feedback within the allotted period (2 weeks)

Ownership. Atomic Ninja Game Studios owns all right, title, and interest in and to (a) the ideas, concepts, brands, and products arising from the Playtest, (b) the Game, (c) all related and underlying intellectual property including all trademarks, patents, and copyrights in the Game, and (d) all derivatives of the foregoing as defined by the Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §101) and applicable case law.
Additionally, all Feedback submitted by you to Atomic Ninja Game Studios is deemed a work-made-for hire as defined in the Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §201) and is owned by Atomic Ninja Game Studios. To the extent necessary, you hereby convey, transfer, and assign all rights in and to the same to Atomic Ninja Game Studios and disclaim any and all proprietary and moral rights. You agree to execute documents and take further actions as requested by Atomic Ninja Game Studios to assist in validating, effectuating, maintaining, protecting, enforcing, perfecting, recording, patenting, or registering its rights. If you are unavailable, or fail to execute such documents when requested to do so for any reason, Atomic Ninja Game Studios may execute the aforementioned documents as your attorney-in-fact, which appointment will be irrevocable for this sole purpose.

Confidentiality. This Playtest, the Game, material posted to forums, and any documentation related thereto are confidential and proprietary to Atomic Ninja Game Studios (“Confidential Information”). You will maintain Confidential Information in the strictest of
confidence and will not disclose it to any third party. Further, you agree not to copy, distribute in physical or digital format), publish, display, disseminate, release, or otherwise disclose Confidential Information, or create any derivative materials. You may play the Game only in your home or other non-public locations, or over a secure internet connections using virtual tabletop software. If you play the game via third-party virtual tabletop software connected to the internet, you may not stream or record the Game. You may not discuss this Playtest, content posted to any internet forums, or your experience with the Game with parties not participating in the playtest. You acknowledge and agree that disclosure of Confidential Information will cause significant and irreparable harm to Atomic Ninja Game Studios, the extent of which may be difficult to ascertain. Accordingly, Atomic Ninja Game Studios is entitled to injunctive relief as well as all other legal remedies that may be available if you breach this Agreement.
