Here are the standard NCR items found in the area

Class 1 3D printer created items provide a -1 penalty / -10% to all related rolls.
Class 2 3D printer created items provide no penalty / no bonus to all related rolls.
Class 3 3D printer created items provide a +1 penalty / +10% to all related rolls.
