Re: OOC Thread
Well I think Jessica would make a great captain, since she has a sense of leadership. But I think Trai should be the de-facto leader, mostly because I think it's funny.

Yeah, following a Goliath Barbarian. If I had more than 6 intelligence, I would vote for a different leader. :D

Re: OOC Thread
I wanted to write a joke about how Mark misses the most logical position due to a failed intelligence roll, but:

16:10, Today: Mark rolled 18 using 1d20-2.  intelligence.

Natural 20. XD I guess I have to play smart now.

What time is it anyway? I guessed nighttime, since we went to the inn to spend the night in, but now it seems like it's daylight.

In reply to Mark (msg # 54):

Late afternoon, but not getting dark yet. I'm assuming you all traveled to the town from elsewhere, and finding an inn to stay at is the first thing one does in a strange city after a long trip.

Also: Mark Gump

Re: OOC Thread
The noble title he's offering is one I'm making up called a "par knight." it basically means a knight who's earned recognition through service, rather than inheriting it as a birthright. As theoretical citizens of this country, your characters are aware that's what he means. It doesn't come with a monthly stipend like some titles do, but just having a title of nobility at all can potentially open doors. If nothing else, it makes finding employment a lot easier.

Re: OOC Thread
Also no need to make your skill checks private unless you feel it would somehow interfere with your activities to share. If anything, people knowing the number can only help with working through potential issues. :)

I gave Jessica the invisibility potion in the interest of keeping things moving, but obviously you may distribute it as you wish.

I'm assuming everyone follows Mason. Go ahead and add a comment if your character did anything else along the trip, or decides not to follow.

Re: OOC Thread
On the downside, Paladria didn't roll initiative, and thus that turn was invalid. On the plus side, you missed everything, and thus you get the chance to try again XD

Re: OOC Thread
I did roll initiative. It’s in the second orange group.

18:12, Today: Paladria rolled 18 using 1d20+2.  Initiative.

I did not put it in the top block bc that was for the surprise round.

Re: OOC Thread
Eh, Mark is the last one by a long shot, by the time he is allowed to move everyone will be in a different place. Mind if I make my movement at the start of the next round?

In reply to Mark (msg # 73):

Sure, we'll just say you stumbled when you moved forward, thus losing a few seconds since I'm a fan of extra effects from critical failures/success anyway. As a result, you'll act at the beginning of the next round, but that'll be your turn for that round.

Re: OOC Thread
Everyone in future please let me know which map slot you're taking over. Otherwise I have to assign you one more or less at my own whims in order to keep things organized. :3
