"I'm not sure yet," said Victoria.  "Something with pockets of some kind.  Something practical... I think bright colors would be good.  I'm well-armored, and the advantages to being visible in a confusing situation outweigh the disadvantages."

That was an interesting thought-- touching, and yet also amusing.  It made her smile, and also realize that there were directions that this conversation could go that would be distinctly awkward.
