Saltmarsh is a fishing village divided. It survived for years by working with smugglers and pirates. Many feel no loyalty to a king that left them to fend for themselves. These "Traditionalist" do not welcome the attention of the king. These people are at odds with the "Loyalist" who follow the kings direction. The king envisions great change in Saltmarsh, he has commissioned dwarves to mine the region and they have found silver. Saltmarsh can become a wealthy trading hub, with enough help. https://drive.google.com/open?...eQaIB8fGvp5fOVT_eeiz Just south of Saltmarsh is Seaton. Seaton was once a fishing village much like Saltmarsh. It has become a military base and no longer resembles what it once was. Many Traditionalists point to Seaton as an example of things to come, of freedoms lost. Burle is a fortified outpost that is always on guard for monsters emerging from the Dreadwood. It serves as a key stopover point for travelers venturing inland from the southern coastal region. Dreadwood harbors many horrors, namely Granny Nightshade, a powerful witch. Drowned forest- perhaps the most dangerous location in the region Hool marshes- swamp where few tread Azure Sea- sea lane infested with pirates This message was last edited by the GM at 04:09, Fri 18 Oct 2019.

If I don't have it, I can get it. The halfling is missing his right foot and arm but the first thing most people notice is his gray eyes and white teeth. Everyone knows Winston.

Piecing together events would be so much easier if the reports were spelled correctly Kiara offers a bounty equal to 5 gp per Hit Die for any aberration, elemental, or outlaw slain in the region. Fort Brule Burle is a fortified outpost that is always on guard for monsters emerging from the Dreadwood. A small copse of trees grows in the middle of the keep. An ancient treant named Wander Root dwells in the keep and acts as an informal ambassador between the humans of Keoland and the wood elves and good-aligned fey of the Dreadwood. Years ago, the knights of Keoland helped the denizens of the forest defeat an incursion by cultists worshiping elemental evil fire. Since then, the elves, the treants, and the crown of Keoland have observed the Wild Flame Pact.

Eliander Fireborn is the captain of the town guard in Saltmarsh. He is renowned for his bravery in his skirmishes in the Dreadwood and for his mastery of languages. He is cautious and always measured. Loves liver and onions. hmmm... |
