I might give it out occasionally, but I've got a lot of on my plate, so any player can award an Inspiration die to any other player. This could be for exceptional role-playing (hopefully the baseline in this game will be pretty high), a particularly well-written post, a clever or funny action, or anything else that delights.

Just put up a post in OOC explaining why you're awarding the Inspiration. This can be as simple as "I LOLed when Fergus mooned the high priest of Lunara - Inspiration!". If someone awards you inspiration, just mark it on your sheet. You don't need to await confirmation or anything from me.

You can only have one Inspiration die at a time, though, so no hoarding! And to use Inspiration, you need to declare that you're using it when you roll, not after you see that you rolled poorly.
