  A short but graceful man. He has straight black hair, bushy eyebrows, and a deep tan. He usually has an unkempt appearance, often forgetting to shave or change his clothes for days.
  He spends most of his time walking around the country side, returning to his laboratory in Bégane only to copy the notes he took.

Cadien region



An island region of the Pokémon world better know for their military actions than anything else. Their frontier have been closed for years, turning away any visitor in a very aggressive fashion. At the same time, their military forces have participated (or started) multiple conflicts in history, the latest one being the war against Kanto.

A recent change in the political parties has lead to a partial opening of their borders, allowing a small number of new foreign trainers to discover the Cadien League.

Colonel Kenya Corina (NPC)

A blue-eyed woman, with alabaster hair held by a cat-eared ribbon. She has black skin, and is quite muscular despite her short stature.
A member of the Elite Four, specialized in electric pokemon. She's the leader of the Communication and Propaganda branch of the Cadien military. She regularly sponsors low-level tournaments to find up-and-coming star trainers. She's usually seen with her favorite Dedenne, HDee.
