The game will primarily take place in Limbo, an ethereal wasteland populated by the dead and monstrosities alike. Lately there have been a string of murders organized by a group called "the Redhoods." Little is known about them but if they're like any other monster hunting guild, they'll soon be remembered as a bad dream.

In the meantime, Heaven and Hell are making a nuisance of themselves. Encroaching upon Limbo and claiming land as their own. This has caused unease throughout the realm and rumors have spread of another war between the celestials and daemons. The question being, "when?"

Though not exactly parallel to the land of the living, Limbo is set in the modern day with technology much similar to our own. The difference being they run on tears of the damned instead of energy. Just kidding! Not. With that said, keep your wits about you. Most spooks are rather friendly however, the same can not be said for the wasteland itself. It is-- for lack of a better term, a force of its own. Just, keep that in mind.
