Heh that's a good question, brb asking this IC.

So far we got 2 people on guard duty, milly taking 1st shift and Jareik wants whichever shift is middle of night.

Jareik wants to divide the night into 2 or ideally 3 shifts , Milly feels we can divide it into more, but whether that's even possible depends on etain and marie.

Also in a fit of overthinking was pondering how it would even be possible for our characters to tell the passage of time at night with decent accuracy but assuming we don't have an hourglass on hand then I guess we are using the stars as our guide, presumably most of our pcs have spent enough time in the wilderness and travelling on the road to be familiar with important stars as reference points.

Ill take third i wont have comp access for a few hrs.

I have a question since wasn't answered IC and things are quite ambiguous right now. Do the other characters exist or were they magicked out of existence?

For now, assume they are along. Them vanishing by magic(eyes Milly), seems out of place right now. They will be usable as NPC's for the time being. I am pondering next steps here, if I should attempt to find a replacement(s) or not.

Let's just say if you do decide to do something rash, I might be inclined to look the other way as the man is clearly a vampire trying to suck us dry for all we are worth.

Had to check back to see how much we were paid to begin, thankfully we were given a very generous sum of 40 gold before we left but damnit if everything in the village costs us an arm and a leg like this we will be returning to altdorf in just our briefs and knickers.
