Experience Points are needed to Level Up. Each level up, you gain stats as per the below List, in addition to anything given by your class.

Level 1 - 20: 100 XP Required. Gain +20 All Physical, +2 All Mental, +5 TP.
Level 21 - 40: 125 XP Required. Gain +40 All Physical, +4 All Mental, +6 TP.
Level 41 - 60: 150 XP Required. Gain +60 All Physical, +6 All Mental, +7 TP.
Level 61 - 80: 175 XP Required. Gain +80 All Physical, +8 All Mental, +8 TP.
Level 81+: 200 XP Required. Gain +100 All Physical, +10 All Mental, +10 TP.
