Subject: Findings of Virus Incident on Stardate 48161.09

As of Stardate 48165.30, I have ordered the following:

1. LCDR Catrina Matheson has resigned her commission from Starfleet, but will remain in a technical advisory role.  Lt. Bartolomy Blatt is appointed Chief Engineer.

2. LCDR Decker Geary is hereby assigned the rank of CDR and the position of First Officer.

3. Jessica Laurent is hereby assigned the rank of Ensign.   

4. Until further notice, LCDR Teala is on inactive duty.

5. Access to Holodeck 1 remains restricted.

6. The USS Mihoshi will increase speed to Warp 7.75 in order to meet the scheduled test timetable of Stardate 48170.89.  Team leads are expected to have test plans completed no later than 24 hours before.
