STARDATE 48174.31 - Epilogue
To keep this from dragging on, the following happens based on DM rolls I made:
- Jason successfully maneuvered Maria into place to provide maximum protection.
- Bart and Thani are able to enclose the anomaly inside the nullifer and activate it wihthout problem.
- Tekar and Jason fight off attempts by the creatures to attack the group from behind.
- Once the anomaly is sealed, the timewaves cease and the creatures, having no source of food, disappear.
- Things return to normal around the B'Rel. Both the shuttles and the Mihoshi are able to return to normal space wihthout fear of temporal jumps.
- Subsequent investigation by Farah reveals that members of the Takaran military had stolen the quantum torpedo plans from the Romulans and had ordered Ja'Brenn to create a functioning prototype to demonstrate to the Federation. Outraged by the theft, but unwilling to expose it to the theft, Ja'Brenn foolishly attempted to have the prototypes he had been made to build returned to the Romulans by having them "stolen" by the Klingons.
- Unbeknownst to Ja'Brenn, Ra'Ghul was part of a Takaran-first faction. He had sabotaged the devices so they would fail, stole the plans and arranged to kill the scientists. His plans unraveled by the Klingon theft.
- Once the Mihoshi picks up Farah, you all return to DS5.
- Farah will expect debrief reports, including anything of interest encountered during the time jumps.
