The Duke:
Manipulating time is bad. He has just created an infinite amount of bandits ripped to pieces and then send off to tell his friends to scram. So now you got a bandid walking off to tell his friends its time to scram. How long till those friends feel they are with enough to challenge these newcommers?

I'd probably use something like this if he rolled a six or less lol. Like the time effect got away from him or he lost control of it or had all kinds of unintended consequences. But he did roll a nine so it should be (mostly) what he wants lol!

That's the first time I think I've seen Ajakstu use intimidation or a heavy handed approach on something. Mind you, considering he's traveling with walking timebombs like The Duke and Alyn I suppose Ajak must seem positively cuddly. :P

Gosh...I'm not even sure how it can get weirder, but I'm sure where there's a will there's a way. But at least with a 13 it's a good-weird and not a dangerous-weird like in the power description lol!
