That affected things somewhat (in ways that I failed to detail. So I'll do it now retroactively):

--First, the roboids didn't swarm over Ajakstu-- he'd only gotten in their way, not actually harmed them much as such

--Second, it helped force the roboids to STOP attacking the shriekmaws, instead of having a battle on two fronts

--Third, it got in the way of both The Duke and the roboids, slowing all of them down. Roboids were climbing up the sides of their tower, to try to clamber into any window they could before it was too late...

--Finally, since I also didn't make it clear a few minutes ago: There are hardly any active roboids here anymore. Mmmmaybe Alyn might be able to find one that's still functional if he wants to do a mind probe or anything to see what that was all about (if he rolls for it), but there's none of them still able to fight (thanks mostly to The Duke).


Now that the roboid threat has passed, Dulcinea will be willing to heal The Duke one more health level if he asks (giving him a penalty on his next roll, of course). Or, he can wait...

Yeah!

I don't plan to interrupt the journey to Gnost again before you arrive-- you're not that far now.

So, yeah, everybody who needs it at all, roll to use the REST move (I mean, not The Mechanicus Dogg-- you're at full health/stress), and then I'll move y'all on to Gnost...



REST:

When you rest for some peaceful hours (at least 8), and get at least a little food and beverage into you, you may roll 2d6 plus your Forceful modifier.
--Higher than 12: You get 3 health levels back.
--10 to 12: You get 2 health levels back.
--7-9: You get 1 health level back.
--6 or lower: you get no health levels back.

Hmmm, whatever might Dogg do while the others rest and recover?

Does Alyn want to grant Dogg access to his mecha now and let the Mechanicus begin examining its systems?   Or should he hang with the Screachmaw's until we're ready to leave.

He could always take a look at the smaller vehicles...

Alyn is going to psychically meditate to regain stress! As this isn't an actual power, but fluff, it still uses his forceful mod but he just so happened to roll great!

As we have done previously, since he only needs 1 of the 2 health levels he regained he will use his psionics to immediately pass on the "overage" to whichever PC is the most injured. He cannot store it, so it's got to be used up or it is wasted. So GM please apply it to whoever needs the 1 health/stress level the most.

As for Dogg? Alyn will let Dog take a look at his mech now if that would be constructive to him. He will send a quick psychic ping to the Alynwalker notifying him to add Dogg to the "whitelist" of allied individuals.

He's only begun to "take it all in".

It's a very big walker after all.

But on the plus side, he also didn't try to do anything too quickly and cause it to explode.  Soooo....there's that.

What could Alyn possibly do all by himself? *innocent whistling*

Actually, Vult and Kalsk should, at least, come with Alyn. Dogg probably should too since we're heading to the repair docks, but he can go where he pleases. But Vult and Kalsk need to stay with Alyn because remember?! Alyn is keeping the parasite in check right now so shouldn't go too far away from him right now, in case the parasite is considering any last ditch efforts. But with Alyn around, the moment it lowers its guard Alyn will fry it or something mentally.
