[OOC] The Tavern
My sheet is also mostly done, just checking in with the GM on a few last little bits. Also, since we don't currently have a dedicated healer, I've decided to make Renee a sort of universal support/healing person. At level 1 and 2 she'll mostly just be a normal wizard with the heal skill, but at level three I'm going to take the Healer's Hands feat, and from there she'll be able to do some pretty serious healing! Especially when combined with her craft(alchemy) skill!
Also, she's a Spell Sage, which means that after level 2 she'll be able to cast literally any spell from any spell list, given time and enough spell slots. This won't be especially helpful in combat, but this will be huge for out-of-combat situations. Basically, she's a wizard that can cast raise dead or cast reincarnation!
On top of all that, I also want her wizard bonus feats to be dedicated to item crafting. Her first level feat is "Harvest Parts", which she'll use for now to collect skins from monsters to make vellum so her scroll scribing will be cheaper. I imagine this will also be very helpful (and very thematic!) for making other kinds of magic items later, especially with the altered rules!
Basically: someone who can properly harvest those dragon scales and help make them into the armor/shield you've always wanted!
...
So what is everyone else doing? It sounds like Ursion is going to be something of a tank. We've got at least one archer/striker in Tosk. Radgonda is a paladin, so super useful (I play in a Wrath of the Righteous campaign, and we've got two paladins in that game. I love them both!). Basil is our rogue, and it also sounds like he'll be a big help in out-of-combat finances? Especially on the kingdom-building side of things?
That leaves Falco. Welcome, by the way! What kind of Ranger is he going to be?
What sorts of twists and themes is everyone going for, or do some of you want to keep your characters classic?
