Victor hefts the magical sword in his hand and nods in approval of it's weight.

"Yes, let it be so," he replies to Qitris' question.

To be sure:   Santio walked away when the bitterness began, asking only for the Braces of Defence.
He has foregone any second pick

Izayah paused in the middle of taking off his scale mail armor so he could don the half-plate armor, "Huh? Oh. No, I'm good with what I got, thanks." He was certainly enthusiastic if nothing else.

Burning Stag Loot

Verbannt took the slights without so much as a twitch of his features, wondering if this animosity would end in his death. He had been constrained in the duel, rules binding him and leaving him weak, and it had been more than enough for him to lose. He knew how he would have faired had he not been hobbled, but he wondered if such was true now.

"It is as you say then, Brohm of Clan Stonehelm."

When he was offered the Boots of the Winterlands, he did not turn them down, tying them to his massive feet and then loading up as much armor as he could carry onto his back to return to town.

Golun took the magic sword that had been offered. He gave it a few swings, happy enough with the feel of it in his hand. "This will suffice, I have no need for anything else, other than my share of the gold."

Happy with his choice he sheathed the sword across his back and stuffed the coins in his pouch, thinking about how best to invest it. He then headed back to the town, in search of ale and a bed for the night.

Taken +1 Longsword and share of loot.

Guyver collected Izayah's scale mail and reneged on the Circlet. He would likely need to find a place to live and pay for expenses, the money would come in use.
"I'm good as it is", he girded the Belt and began work on integrating the armor into his form. "I could use a ride to the nearest civilized outpost .. and you and me cousin, I would appreciate a talk sometime after we've both wound down from the battle", he nodded at Spark:"I have been out of commission for quite some time it appears".

Burning Stag Loot

After some negotiation with Azucondie (which he was certain he would live to regret, sensing the layers of madness that existed within her), Elisar claimed his prize. He beamed as he looked upon it, determined to discover its secrets over the coming days. Nothing else interested him so he simply claimed his share of the loot and turned towards the town.

As he departed he began to play a tune on his beautiful lute, and sang a jolly yet nonsensical song in a strange accent to raise the spirits of his companions as they marched back to town. It had a lot of verses, and he could see the happy expression on Izayah's face as he began!

"Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe
All mimsy were the borogoves
And the mome raths outgrabe

Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
The frumious Bandersnatch!

He took his vorpal sword in hand
Long time the manxome foe he sought
So rested he by the Tumtum tree
And stood awhile in thought

And, as in uffish thought he stood
The Jabberwock with eyes of flame
Came whiffling through the tulgey wood
And burbled as it came!

One, two! One, two! And through and through
The vorpal blade went snicker-snack!
He left it dead, and with its head
He went galumphing back

And has thou slain the Jabberwock?
Come to my arms, my beamish boy!
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!
He chortled in his joy

'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe
All mimsy were the borogoves
And the mome raths outgrabe"

Did those that passed on items in the first pick get additional gold, or is it the value in the last post that's accurate?

Re: Burning Stag Loot

I believe (correct me if I'm wrong), that those who didn't take a second item will receive the full listed amount of gold.
Those who either opted out (myself), or took a second item also don't take any additional gold.

Re: Burning Stag Loot

OOC: If you took a second round pick of an item then you did not get any of the gold because of the rough equivalency in value - particularly since all of the second picks were magic weapons or the half-plate.
