Sai slips into the shop early in the morning.  He selects a few items, places his gold on the counter, and leaves with a nod and a smile.

Buying a component pouch and 10gp worth of supplies to cast Find Familiar (35gp total).

Before his group leaves, Hoot pops into the store. He's nervous in the new building, but this seems to be where people are using those shiny coins everyone gets after patrols. He hopes to get tools he can use to keep track of where the super-awesome-intrepid-explorer-quintet-of-destiny has been! He makes his order largely in silence and quickly escapes back outside after paying.

Buy cartographer's tools for 15gp.

Chloe hushes into the shop. "Three hempen ropes, please. Yes, those. Right. Gimme. Thank you. Here."

Enialis enters the shop,"Hello their, I'll be taking some rations that will last 10 days. I'll be traveling for a while so I hope I won't die by starvation. Here you go, I believe that's the amount of gold needed for this transaction. Thank you and have a good day."

"To you as well and safe travels!" Jessop took the coins and put them in a safe place.

Chloe walks in fully equipped from what it seems - on her belt are her rapier and two daggers, a full quiver is awkwardly draped over her shoulder because the back belongs to the backpack - but apparently that isn't enough.

"I need more water", she says. "Even with my palms I could hold more liquid than those damn waterskins. I only have one and I need two per day so" - she calculates - "I need nine more, please." She takes out two gold pieces. "I don't have silver pieces anymore so here." She hesitates. "You know what? Just make it ten."

Malkus quickly looks over the available goods, before selecting a shovel, a tent, and ten more javelins.

He hands Jessop the 9 gold coins, gathers his new gear, and heads back to the inn.

After returning from his visit to Hexia, Elisar entered Jessop’s store. “Good day, sir. I require some provisions for an expeditions and was told you were the fellow to speak to.”

He explored the store, selected a range of items that to might normally seem a bit bulky to carry, but with his new found toy life on the road would be a lot easier.

He put the items down on the counter and confirmed the prices, before deriving into his coin purse and placing the right amount on the counter. “A pleasure doing business with you.”

Business concluded, he headed back to town to prepare for tomorrow’s expedition.

"Come again." Jessop says as he tips his hat at Elisar.

Skyeye entered the shop and gave it a quick look over.  She hefted a shovel then looked at the price and set it back down.  She spotted a barrel then looked to see if there were any larger.  There were not.  Sighing she picked up the barrel then a bucket, five sacks, a whetstone (her last one was dropped overboard during a storm), and finally a bar of soap.  It was not something she really needed, but it was cheap and this was a strange land with unknown bad spirits that would be seeking to make her sick.

She tallied up the cost of what she had in hand then went back for the shovel.  It was a bit short for her but it would save on time needing to sharpen her axes as often.  She moved to the counter and set everything on the surface.  She then fished out her five gold coins and set them on the counter as well.

"I give you four gold coins, one silver coin, and three copper coins for all this." she stated pointing her finger to her pile of goods she wanted.

Jessop counted back her change: 8sp, 7cp. "Her ya go. Thank you, and if you need anything else in the future, I'm here all-day, everyday."

Skyeye nodded her head in appreciation putting the coins back in her pouch, then put the whetstone and soap into her backpack.  She tied the shovel to the outside of the pack.  The sacks she put in the bottom of the barrel with the bucket on top.  She then simple picked up the barrel one handed and walked out.

"How much is a heavy cloak and winter gear?" Stolt asks. "I'm hoping to get something warmer."

"Got some well made winter clothes just your size, cloak included! That would be two gold pieces," says Jessop.

"I'll buy it," Stolt says. He pulls out 2 gp and hands it to the clerk. He then finds a room to put on the winter gear and then hastily heads for the departure point.

A man steps into the store, shaking the outside chill from his coat. Closing the door behind him, he took a step back to take in the room - the pelts and trophy heads, weapons and tools. This looked like the right place.

Eithan looked around for a likely person who seemed to be in charge. "Hello there. Jessop, I presume? Name's Eithan. Darla said you may be the man to help me find what I'm looking for."

The man behind the counter smiles and says, "I'm Jessop. Pleased to meet ya, Eithan. Let's see if I can help you. What're you looking for?"

"Just a few things. A blanket for the cold and a hatchet to trim down firewood at camp would be handy. But the main thing I'm looking for are some charcoal and herbs," Eithan said, going on to describe the material components he needed for a ritual casting of the Find Familiar spell.

Jessop gathers the requested items together and places them on the counter. "That'll be 15gp, 5sp," he says.

"Fifteen pieces of gold and five of silver it is," said Eithan, handing over the coins.

He gathered up his things, taking particular care over the incense and herbs. He couldn't get Korbin back fast enough.

Herbs pocketed and with the blanket bundled under one arm and the hatchet in hand, he nodded politely at the merchant from across the bundle. "Pleasure doing business with you, Jessop."

Goods in hand, Eithan strode back out into the afternoon chill.

Entering from the cold outside, Victor nods in greeting to the gruff looking older man, "Hello, my name is Victor and I am looking to buy some supplies for my patrol. It's a bit chillier out here than I had thought it would be and I want to be ready in case I get caught in a blizzard."

He peruses the shop's walls and shelves for the things he thinks he will need and pays Jessop for them with gold before packing them neatly away and heading out the door in search of the other three that he will be sharing his patrol with.
