No worries, IMO a lack of concentration is the main ruin for DND.
As an example; me and my brother were gonna start a new campaign today, but he was tired, so we decided not to play today, since that is often better than investing to something when you aren't in the headspace to fulfill that commitment.
Forcing yourself to be creative can lead to burn out, but it can also lead to worse things; like subpar content or even a major mistake. I know this for a fact, since I do a lot of creative writing, and getting bored of stuff is never my biggest worry; it's much worse to wreck something you've put a lot of work into because you weren't sufficiently self-aware.
Tl;dr Don't be a gm while you're sick it sucks ( for everyone ) !
