He said, a far away look in his eyes. An odd thing to say, considering he was clearly the only Bugbear here. Surely he must not be that unfamiliar with the idea of leaving home, he had left his own.

Hexia appears at the entrance of her tent to see a tent full of customers. "My, my, sorry to keep you all waiting I'm afraid I was called away for the moment, but I'm back now." She says as she quickly makes her way to her counter. "Now, now, let's see one at a time." She listens to each request made then responds to each.

She listens to his request then pulls out the very thing he was after, Bracers of Archery, but before she pulls out a long bow for him she asks, "Was there any particular type of long bow you were after?"

As you arrive you seem to have peaked her interest as she watches the movement of your chair. "Yes I can do that." She accept the saddle from you. "That'll be 250 gold and I'll have it ready for you by the next time you come to visit."

Hexia pulls up a pair of goggles from behind her counter and turns towards the wall behind her as you all see a phantasmal hand fly into the air. It retrieves the fan off the wall then brings it to Hexia. "That'll be 550 gold please."

"Yes, yes I have that available right here." She says as she pulls up a pair of boots and pulls a cloak off of the wall to her right. "That'll be 500 gold please."

After a moment of thinking Hexia responds, "Ah yes, of course!" She pulls another cloak from the wall, a bag, and pulls another pair of boots from behind the counter. "750 gold please."

Without batting an eye Hexia pulls everything from around her to spread the items on the counter in front of her and smiles at Ten, "Thank you. That'll be 680 gold please."
~ To Carmen Diaz
Hexia retrieves each of the bags of tricks for her and give her their price total, "750 gold please."

Once Hexia has helped each customer she thanks them and wishes them each well.

"Thank you."

The man smiled slightly at Hexia, counting out the gold in an efficient manner for her. He then begins to put things immediately in to the bag of holding he has just purchased. He bodily relaxes a bit more and lets out a sigh of relief as some of the weight is lifted off of him.

He hesitates and then looks at Hexia again.

"Do you...offer the service of allowing others to copy spells from you? And if so, at what price, if I may ask?"

Hefting up a sack full of coins onto the counter, Nutcracker happily bade farewell to the money and hello to functional gear. "Many thanks... You look beautiful as ever today," he repeated.

"But if I am of an understanding, the enchantment worked in glyphs upon these bracers will lend what Lore of shortbows I have to the longbow as well."

After crossing through the portal, Elisar greeted several familiar faces before entering Hexia’s shop. With a flourish of his hat he greeted the comely maid. “My lady Hexia! My light of heaven! My radiance from the stars! It is good to see you again. You will be pleased to know that I survived the battle at the Burning Stag, not a scratch nor hair out of place.” He flashed her a smile as he presented his face for inspection to show off his perfect skin.

“Now my lady, to business. Thought I took not any wounds I would like more protection, just in case. I heard a rumour that you are able to weave protective enchantments into armour, just as you did before with my sword. Is this rumour true, and if so how much would I have to pay for such a service?”

Looking to upgrade my studded leather to +1.

"Charming as always, Elisar. Yes, I can do that for you. That'll be 750 gold and it'll be ready in 15 weeks."

The man inclines his head towards Hexia. "You are being most gracious, and it is appreciated. The method by which I can house and cast ritual spells is fairly new to me."

He then ponders for a moment. "Unless you have the rare inks required, I shall have to return for them later once I am able to purchase. But I shall return. Thank you."

Before Ten can leave Hexia's voice catches his ear, "I do happen to sell those as well. How much do you need?"

The man has just finished putting things in his new bag of holding. He looks up at her and smiles slightly. "Ah, that is wonderful. One shop for all my needs." He steps closer and asks, "To determine that, may I see what low-level ritual spells you have available?"

If allowed, he points out the three spells he is currently interested and begins to count out the money. "Do you also by chance sell the charcoal, incense, and herbs that must be consumed by fire in a brass brazier for the Find Familiar spell?"

Tiria visit's Hexia in her shop to discuss magical spells and enchantments before returning the following day.

"Hello dear Hexia, I am interested in learning from you today, if you have the time. I intend to do some enchanting myself and would benefit from some of your recipes."

Brohm walks in to Hexia's shop, the powerful Dwarf dusting the light snow from his black bearskin cloak.  "I have use for your services.". He rumbled to Hexia, his voice like a distant landslide.

"Not a problem and yes I do sell most materials required for spells. That'll be 10 gold in addition to the 225."

"I always have the time." Hexia smiles to Tears.

To copy the spells into your spellbook will also require 1 DTU to be spent as well. Unless you have some sort of reduction that is to how long it takes you to copy them. Everything else looks right. Elemental enchantment recipe is uncommon. Yes that can be enchanted on top of a +1 weapon. To craft both enchantments on one you'd be making a rare weapon. To enchant an already +1 weapon with the elemental enchantment you'd be paying the difference which would be 450gp. Also worth knowing the recipe for the elemental enchantment only allows you to enchant the weapon with one damage type. You would have to buy a recipe for each element type you wish to be able to enchant.

"Thank you very much, let us get to studying then."

OOC: Good to know, in that case I'll get recipes for cold, fire and lightning damage.
I'll mark off my costs now.

"That long? Well, I suppose I must respect that a fine craftswoman such as yourself must take the time to ensure that her wares are beyond perfection. I am happy to wait, though I will add a few other trinkets to my request if I may." He produced a small list of the required items and handed it over. Once prices had been negotiated he opened his coin purse and dished out a large quantity, happy to be rid of the weight of the coins. Finally he handed over his armour, ready for it to receive its enchantment. The transaction done he doffed his hat once more, "Good lady, I bid you adieu. I will see you in a few moon cycles to collect my trove of treasures. I wish you luck in all your endeavours."

Some weeks later he returned as promised. Inspecting the items he beamed with delight. "My lady, you are indeed the finest in the land. I will sing songs of your prowess!" With that he took his purchases and went on his merry way, whistling as he went.

- Headband of Intellect 500gp
- Wand of Magic Detection 200gp
- Spell: Detect Magic 25gp
- Spell: Feather Fall 25gp

TOTAL COST - 1,500gp

At some point, Izayah walked in to the shop and his eyes immediately fixed on to Hexia. A grin spread across his face. "Hexia, darlin', yer always delightful t'see." He gave her a respectful bow of his head. "Ya'll seen my sister lately?" He held up his hands, "Just curious, not lookin' for her or tryin' t'pry or nuthin'."

He then stepped up to the counter. "If I may, I'd like t'put an order in. Help do my part t'keep yer shop up an' runnin'." He lowered his voice,

The man hesitates but then continues, "You may have noticed I am quite frail of body, my strength lacking. I was wondering if you...offered any items that might aid my weakened body in physical tasks? Something to either make me stronger or perhaps simply aid in things of an athletic nature?"

He points out a couple of things for discussion. Then he pauses for a moment, hesitating. "I am admittedly a little paranoid, though not without good reason. I was also wondering if you might be able to enchant a dagger as a weapon of warning?"

"I believe your sister has a tent of her own now. It's not huge, but it's big enough for her and her work, oh and the books I send her way from time to time too. I'm sure when you get the chance she would love to hear from her brother and no I'm sure she wouldn't see it as you prying." She took down a list of items from him and then said, "Thank you for your business. I'll have these items ready for you in about 8 months."

"Of course. It'll take me a little bit of time, but I should be able to do so."

"Ah yes. Of course. That'll be 500 gold and it'll take me about 10 weeks."

Izayah smiled at the news about his sister. "That's great." He winked. "That stone's for her. Y'know...talk at least a lil each day if we want." He shrugged.

His mouth dropped open and his eyes bugged out wide as he started at Hexia. He tried to speak twice before sounds came out. "EIGHT...MONTHS?!?!" He was flabbergasted a moment longer and then shook his head. "Woman...we need t'hire you some help!" He let out a chuckle, but then he shrugged again. "Awright. Take the time y'need. If I can help, let me know."

Carmen enters the shop of Hexia with a singular purpose. To have a discussion about creating more of the portal stones. She had no doubt that Erret would have had a similar conversation previously, but it would be interesting to find out if there was a barrier to creating more.

"Good morning. I see you are keeping yourself quite busy!" she says, watching as the ranger she keeps bumping into has his outburst. "I'm keen to know what needs to be done to create a copy of this. I feel that Erret was in need of more." she says, revealing the crystal.

The man nods graciously. "Take whatever time you need. If you can let me know once the order is complete, I will be happy to return to pick it up." She did not mention the exact time frame, so he isn't sure, but isn't too worried about it.

He counts out the remaining coin for her, then says his goodbye and takes his leave.

"That's worth it.  Here's your coin, and my axe.  I'll be back.". Brohm states, as he hands over his battleaxe, and the 500 gold.
