After each of you are ready, you meet the builders at the entrance to town. Their foreman, a burly man with dark hair and sharp, dark eyes, looks each of you up and down, looks at a clipboard and says, "Azu, Sai, Skyeye and Adam. Is that what youse guys wanna be called?"

Azu grinned at the man and nodded. ”I’m Azu.”

Sai simply nods as he retightens a strap on his pack.

Adam smiled, "Well if we have a choice in the matter... nahh Adam is fine."

Skyeye walked up to the group, same as she had left them at the Governor's house except she now had a shovel tied to her backpack and was carrying a barrel under her left arm.

She nodded to each of the three before turning to the builder in charge, "Yes, you may call me Skyeye.  I do have a question for you.  What do you do with the bark you remove from the trees you use to make your buildings?"

The foreman says, "You'd have to ask a lumberjack-- we get the lumber without any bark on it. Though I wouldn't bother, those yokels don't like talkin' to outsiders. If you need bark, try Jessop." The builders have a few carts, with cut lumber already stacked up, being pulled by mules. "Smith said you'd need to borrow tools? You can use our spares, but if you break 'em, you buy 'em."

Skyeye looked disappointed  but shrugged her shoulders.  "Bark is best when fresh, but I can collect that when the frame is finished.  As for tools, we will see if I need them or not."
