Attention players
The game map has now been updated with a new and current map. The forest that is still white is what is still unexplored. Hope you all like. ^_^

In regards to downtime units House rule 3 has been updated. Also Hexia's Shop has some brand new items of her very own creation. Check it out.

You get a strange feeling and check your pack. Inside you find something you know that wasn't there before, a small silver tin decorated with a reddish orange emboss of a crest with a cover at the center. Around the sides are more embossed images of little dragons. As you open the tin you find a single piece of cake with white frosting. Should you take a bite you will taste the best meal you've ever had. If you reuse the tin you will find that while in it food cannot rot and instead stays as fresh as when it was put in there.

The First Year Anniversary Tin -
Can only be used for 1 ration worth of food, but that ration can never rot for as long as it is in the tin and instead stays as fresh as the time it was put in.

First Year Anniversary Cake -
Whoever eats the cake tastes the best meal they've ever tasted, is cured of all diseases and poison, becomes immune to poison and being frightened, and makes all Wisdom saving throws with advantage. Their hit point maximum also increases by 2d10, and they gain the same number of hit points. These benefits last for 24 hours.

Chloe's Cozy Cavern Tavern is under new management! It is now the Dragon's Den, and offers drinks, food (same food as at the Frostbite, but not quite as hot, unless Carmen decides to hire a cook) and gambling!

So please, stop trying to use the Frosthide Inn as a Tavern! It's more like a B&B.

After much consideration, we've decided that having both a tent and a blanket or heavy clothes is sufficient to ward off exposure (otherwise, half the humanoids you run into would be half dead when you meet them.)

Updated construction prices to account for: larger rooms, stairs, and stone construction.

Due to popular demand, I finally added rules for running a business other than just selling to each other! We reserve the right to adjust the table if it turns out you can make unlimited free money or something (its from the DMG, but the way we handle time may have an unpredictable effect.) Future plans: Determining a modifier for different lifestyle expenses!

Attention Players! We have reached 10,000 posts! Congrats! Everyone gets 150xp!
In addition to the xp we are also adding something extra since we've made it this far. From this point on all players will be able to have a max of 2 characters per player. This comes with its own set of rules which will be subject to change if necessary.
As of now the rules are:
1 business per player regardless of how many characters you have
Max 2 characters per player
XP sharing will be allowed between characters owned by the same player
No going on quests with your own characters
Only one character per player may enter the Arena's tournament at any given time
&
Player names Must be on All character sheets

Please bare with us as we add more quests to accommodate the surge of new characters. To request your second character please send a pm through your original RTJ thread with the name of the character you wish to make.

House Rules has been updated with Rule #11 regarding multiple characters. Don't forget to check it out.

Could all active players please post something in the OOC thread? Trying to clean up the character list, and I don't want to drop anyone who's just waiting for a quest or something.

Okay! Big new event happening! Its time to take the fight to the Redfoot! We won't begin until those currently on quests that are just about to finish up are back, unless none of their members want to join.

Alright guys we've hit 14000 posts! Everybody gets 150 xp! Nicely done!

We've modified the chart for running a business, so no matter how many DTUs you spend at once, you get can 30 days worth of profit, since you're always taking 30 days worth of risk. I've also added a tier for rolling higher than 100. Hopefully, that helps make using the DTUs this way more enticing. Don't forget, if you upgrade your lifestyle level, you add up to 15 to the roll!
