I'm trained in survival, but with a +0 wisdom, so I'm not really good at it. I'll be somewhere near the front for the sake of combat, though.

As per usual, Izayah will take the lead unless someone objects.

Yes they appear to be normal wolves, nothing different about them except for the blood.

Tiria will throw up a Shield spell to try and cancel out the attack, here's her save if it still hits:

I have a healer's kit and herbalism kit that might be useful for healing any injuries you might sustain from falling out of the tree. I don't have feather fall either.

Depending on how you intend to climb the tree Tiria might have objections to make. She won't like seeing the tree injured.

And Izayah has Cure Wounds.

GM's - does the useage of my 50-foot rope change anything with regards to my check? My intent would be to tie myself somewhat to the tree in order increase my stability and decrease the distance that I can fall.

While tying yourself to the tree wouldn't increase your chance at success on the check it would reduce the distance that you could fall.

During my 1.36 second trip back to dirt, do i have time for a bonus action?

In a meat-space game, we came across a mini-mimic and my gf tamed it. It's now her pet/purse.

The barbarian in my meat-space game also has a mimic pet which has the power to turn into a pop up restaurant.

Mimics are fun.

Believe it or not this is my first mimic!

He primary attack is bites, I just haven't been quite as verbal about the fact that he's eating everything. He ate a wolf carcass from the previous encounter.

@Irsoneic it's worth noting that while it is prone your melee attacks will have advantage.

@Narrator the creature will be able to repeat the saving throw with advantage (Wisdom DC 14) each time it takes damage as well as a normal save at the end of each of its turns.

If you’ve got the cash, check out Hexia’s shop for magic items to boost INT. might be a good investment meaning you can spend your ability point increase elsewhere.

As a Wizard I'm eventually going to want a 20 in intelligence.
The only magic item I'm aware of that boosts intelligence is the Headband of Intellect which sets it to 19 and requires attunement. Spending her level 4 ASI to hit 18 Int would be equivalent.

I'd probably be better off buying something like a +1 Wand of the Warmage to boost spellcasting though it unfortunately doesn't boost the spell save DC like a +1 Rod of the Pact Keeper would do for a Warlock. I think there was an equivalent item in Tasha's (+1 Arcane Grimoire?) but Hexia's list of items appears to have been created prior to it's release so I'll probably have to craft it myself.

I'm happy to have a short rest, I'm 3 HP down and could use my Arcane Recovery.

For identification Tiria can read through the scroll using her knowledge of Arcana and do the old taste and sniff tests on the potions using her understanding of Herbalism for which she has the kit. She is also trainded in alchemist's supplies but doesn't have a set on her right now.

The better option is probably Elisar ritual casting Identify for each one.

Yeah, after we do the normal tests I can use identify. I can do it once quickly (using a feat) then an hour per check for the others, unless I burn spell slots.

I thought Identify was 1 minute casting then +10 minutes to ritual cast it. Is it different based on your feat?

So there are 4 items in total that need to be identified, 3 potions and a scroll. If Elisar identifies all of the items it would take him a total of 44mins and he'd have to use a spell focus (which yes can be the lute) or spell components for the identify spell. Is this what you all would like to do?

I can use my Fey feat to identify one of them, after that it is Ritual time, so a total of 34 minutes, plus singing Song of Rest for Izayah.

My choice would be giant's strength first, heroism second, and invulnerability third. That said, they'd all be pretty great for me so if Irsoneic or Izayah would make better use of one of them than the others, have at it.

K, it's been about a week with no answer. I'm not sure what Irsoneic has been up to -- probably work-stuff. At this point I'll just take the Giant's Strength potion; if he comes back and wants to trade with me, I'll be happy to negotiate.

With regards to loot, once we're done at the Den, I need to see what Hexia is willing to pay for my branches from the Feather Tree.
We also have that 250 gp from the mimic, and whatever else Elisar looted from the former Mr. Finestar.
Did we explore any new map hexes?

Unfortunately Irsoneic and Wightvane will not be around for the foreseeable future. Real life came up and his player had to leave, but he knows he is welcome to come back when or if things calm down. Until then I'll be marking down any loot he gets and Xp for when his player does return. After the two of them finish up their current quests they'll be taking a break. As it stands they've already been placed under NPC status.

Ah. I had wondered. He dropped out of another game we were in together not too long ago. Sad but I hope he comes back.
