Next to Spark's Melting pot is a small, dwarf-crafted stone building. Above the door, a large, shiny, brass plaque is engraved, "Gemeye's Jewelry" in big, blocky letters. Underneath, engraved in the same hand, "We buy and sell cut and uncut gems, new and previously owned jewelry, magical and mundane. Custom work and engraving available upon request."

A blue warrior arrives, covered in copious amounts of dried blood. Strangely, his magical spear is completely clean and unscathed, as if it were not even used.

As though he sees nothing wrong with this, he walks up to the counter and pulls out a satchel filled to bursting with golden coins.

"I desire for you to give me amber. The many is the many for the stick of a knife" his voice is hoarse as if he has not spoken for days.

He seemed a bit unsure if his words were understandable, so he points out the hilt of a jeweled dagger on the wall and nods to it.

Gemeye shows Tidelan a selection of amber, in different sizes and shapes.

Choose how much you want to pay. Since the knife will be made using the amber, which, unlike the bone, has a value, it will use that cost to determine its value, and how many DTUs are required to craft it. So if you want to make things easy on Spark, you could spend 1gp to get a knife that takes 1 DTU to craft, and is worth 10gp.

As usual, Tidelan is not an excessive individual when it comes to such things. He places one of countless gold coins on the table and takes the piece of amber which will be sufficient for a simple ceremonial weapon.

On his way out, Tidelan notices that something large and heavy was recently dragged from the shop, and there is a small amount of blood on the floor.

Dwarves.

He'd had ill fate with Dwarves, but he needed this. Verbannt steeled himself, and knocked a meaty paw upon the door.

As near Brohm's opposite as a dwarf could be, Horace greets Verbannt with a smile, and a twinkle in his eye, though the Bugbear's keen eyes can't help but notice the largest crossbow he'd ever seen sitting within reach of the friendly dwarf. "If you're looking to buy or sell gems or jewelry big fella, you've come to the right place! Or do ya have custom work in mind?"

"Custom..."

He understood the word, but this tongue had many words with double meanings, and they always slowed him down.

"I am Verbannt, I seek someone who works in fine gold."

HE pulled forth from his pouch, of all things, a feather, a fish tail, a tuft of what looked to be wolf fur, and an acorn.

"I need these three items placed within this acorn, and then to have it wrapped in gold. It would be a sacred object, in the hands of another. I need it to have value."

He reached for another pouch, heavy with coin, and set it on the table.

"I will pay well, for fine craftsmanship."
