Sorry, needed to figure out an answer to that before we could process your action, since it might affect where you actually want to move to. Here's what we could come up with:
If you're webbing the ground, you'll only create rough terrain, though your web sense will be effective on it. This has the advantage of being very difficult to spot in the snow. Doing this as you move, you could cover two adjacent 10' squares, beginning with the one you're standing on, and end your turn in a third adjacent square. You could also string a web between trees as you walk between them, creating a line of web between two trees, which can stretch into larger shapes as you include more trees. This works like the spell, web but with the spider web DC, but with your proficiency bonus rather than +2, if its better.) In either case, the web's recharge roll applies for each turn of use.
