This is the first time doing a play by post so bear with me as I learn the ropes. I am familiar with the game and it's rules but not the flow of this format. When would be a good point to jump in? I'm guessing whenever I want lol?

I'm highly experienced in PBP and roleplaying in general, so if any of you have any questions, or if I can help, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Is there a preferred text format for posts? I see most using a blue color for the PC dialogue and then whatever it is that keeps the text closer to the left side and not go all the way to the far side of the page(that seems to make it easier to view on smaller screens/windows).

Hey,

There is no preferred method, I think the colored text for characters dialogue is kind of the norm. Just the way people have always done it.

But any color is good. Thing to remember is peoples backgrounds could be a different color. Mine is a black background with white text as default. Something you can set up in your settings.

The generator room is in the station... he essentially just left and walked directly through the main station hanger.

That's awesome Debrah! Since I got the rpg I found my old Aliens Adventures rpg, the Colonial Marines tech manual, a good chunk of the comics and several of the books. I've also picked up Aliens Isolation the paperback and the art that had some awesome pictures. William Gibson's Aliens 3 comic, Defiance.
