Will try and get something up either tonight or Wednesday. Today has been... a difficult and unpleasant day.

No worries.  I planned for this game to go at a somewhat more leisurely pace due to the complexity of the characters and the world. I figured on less number of posts but of somewhat longer length or meaning.  Also, ya know, the real world's on fire on several levels so folks shouldn't need to worry overmuch about what is supposed to be a fun activity.

Hey folks.  I'm still here.  We had a bit of a COVID scare.  A member of my family tested positive on the 5th and is still getting over it.  She's doing well and had a mild case.
Fortunately, the rest of us tested negative.

Man, this week got away from me.

I'm back now, sorry for the delay.  The good news is my test results are in and I don't have COVID.  Weird to live at a time when even a sore throat is a sign of grave concern.

Hello everyone. first and foremost, my deepest apologies for not replying/posting, etc., especially since this is a very delicate time with the pandemic. I am doing fun (fingers crossed) but my state moved forward with opening up certain parts of our economy for business (Our state, for the record, has been very good about paying attention to COVID-19 so our numbers had been low up until recently). This ended up causing a huge influx of business at work, much to my chagrin, and my stress levels have been off the chart trying to manage the busy after 2 months or more of stagnation, and on top of that anxiety over things.

This meant I have not had any chance to post to the games I am in, and I fear that while things are still in constant disarray I will not be able to keep up. Which is very annoying, as I was really enjoying the game for the brief time I was involved.

Unless things shift, I will have to step down, especially since I do not want to bog things down for everyone else. If needed, Tryvv can bow out with whatever NPC info is needed...he is a bit of a flighty sort anyway. And of course there is The Shadow, another avenue to have him bow out (And he is especially prone to it given his backstory).

I apologize again for the inconvenience on our awesome DM and the group, as well as any worry I may have caused. Please take care of yourselves everyone!

Man, there is a global pandemic going on.  You certainly don't owe me an apology.  Take good care of yourself and your loved ones, don't worry about pretending to be a sorcerer on the internet.  Please be safe and be well.

Tryvv, sorry to hear things have gotten so stressful.  Take care of yourself as Tryvv takes a jaunt to Shadow.  If things calm down again, you are certainly welcome to come back.  :)

Let me know if you two want to free RP.  If not, I'll have a post up summoning the Spirit of Sharpness the moment I hear back from you.

I'd be down for some open RP but I suspect we're all too objective oriented characters to waste too much time on idle chitchat.

Bhaskara, are you drawing a summoning circle in the middle of the Celestial Bazaar?  Just making sure before I have anyone react.  You might need your companions to make sure no one steps on the circle as you're getting it ready, if so.

They are trying to, yes.

I'm trying to get a better feel for the character, and I'm liking strangely unobservant as one of their traits.  The multitude of voices compels them to action sometimes, and that leads to a certain amount of obliviousness.

I didnít realize you called me into the scene.  Sorry.  Also I just want to suggest that if this doesnít work we let it go.  It is a far bigger problem than summoning will solve.  Trust me.

Why did I call you Tryvv?

I blame it on grad school, last night was Research Methods, my brain is like a fried egg afterwords.

Ahhh!

I know I'm into a game when I find myself chomping the bit for a person who typically has an even faster response time than me to post so I don't skip them narratively.

Solid work Legacy, really enjoying playing this with you all.
