"Ah, now I have a sadness," the Fury said.

Rah went back up to her full size-- it was much easier to talk with giants like this.

"Why?" she said.  "Because your people aren't the smallest?"

"I think, but shall now be new motivation for making the punching of the bad," The Fury said.

"Well, if that works for you, good!" said Rah.

"Will we be getting combat training?" m-Taa asked. "I have basic training, but I'm not an expert."

You understand that 987-2 believes there will be.

"If the rest of 'em don't, I can give you some," said Rah.  "Basic hand-to-hand, anyway.  Military training and all that."

"The Fury can be making the help as well," the Fury said.

"Thanks," m-Taa said. "If nothing else, I need to be prepared if we encounter mechanical beings, or those whose emotions are too alien for me to affect."

"Good plan," said Rah.  "Is it against the rules to carry a blaster or something for that?"

You understand that it is not.

"So there you go," said Rah.  "Carry a blaster."

Rah didn't need one at her full size, of course, but options were good for her teammates.

"At least until I teach you the punching," the Fury said.

"That makes sense," m-Taa said.

"...So has anybody heard what we're going to be doing now?" Rah asked, looking around.

That was when the the three squad leaders entered the room.

"Everyone, pleas group up with your leader and today's activities will be explained," Cosmic Woman said.

"Who was our leader?" m-Taa whispered.

"The Solar Flare one," the Fury said.

"Okay," said Rah.  "Let's go."

She went looking for Solar Flare.  Someone like that ought to be very easy to find.

They were standing next to Cosmic Woman.

Rah waved the others over.

"We're here," she said.  "Titan, reporting for duty."

"Good. So, how are you all feeling today?" Solar Flare asked.

"Eager to get moving!" said Rah.  She felt fine, of course.  She was ludicrously healthy.  And possibly immortal.

"Ready to go," m-Taa said.

"The Fury is ready," the Fury said.

You all understand that 987-2 is prepared.

"Good, let us all head to the transport ship and I will explain things on the way," Solar Flare said.
