"All right," said Rah.  "So, back to the ceremony?"

"Makes sense," m-taa said.

"The dignitaries are wanting photos with the 'heroes that kept them safe'," the guard captain said.

"Eh, I suppose so," said Rah.  "I don't mind, but what about you three?"

987-2 had no complaints.

"The Fury has no complaining," the Fury said.

m-Taa shrugged; her people didn't put much stock in purely visual imagery, since it lacked emotional context, but it was fine if other people wanted it.

Soon, you and the others were getting pictures with the delegates and shaking hands with them as well (as best as things could be done.)

Rah realized that her giant form was more photogenic, so she stayed in it.  She'd been in a press thing or two, but this was a larger scale than she was used to.  Still... she could ride it out.  So she did.

m-Taa begged off shaking hands as much as she could without being impolite; her shields were weakened from the attacks earlier, and physical contact would increase the amount she'd have to screen out.

Solar Flare appeared once the festivities were done.

"I will say you four have done very well."

"Thank you," m-Taa said, "although I wish the one I was fighting hadn't gotten away."

"Eh, sometimes that happens," said Rah.  "We'll get another crack at 'em."

"Do not concern yourself, the cloaked figure has escaped many times," Solar Flare said. "The peace talks have ended in success and you have protected it. You all have done the Legion proud."

"Well, good," said Rah.  "What are the Legion's rules on the press wanting pictures?"

"For press pictures? There is very little as long as it's not involved with an extremest group," Solar Flare said.

"No worries here," m-Taa said.

"Pretty sure the local government doesn't count," said Rah.  Best to not bring up issues from back home-- outsiders didn't really understand Koja anyway.

"It does not," Solar Flare said. "But more than one racist group has tried to make it appear we support them."

"Heh, figures," said Rah.  "Things like that happened back home from time to time.  Didn't help that the existence of the Titans was already a religious controversy to an awful lot of people..."

"Political ones must also be approved. Now, I do not mean ones such as this, but ones that purely benefit the politician," Solar Flare said.

"That makes sense," m-Taa said.

"Sure, I'm fine with that," said Rah.  "Can't promise no one will ever trick us, but with those two around--" she gestured at m-Taa and 987-2-- "we should be pretty safe."

"Good. We should return back to base," Solar Flare said.

"Sure, let's go," m-Taa said.

"On it," said Rah, reverting to her small size and flying after them.
