quote:
Two skeletons converge on Clover, both swing their morningstars at him and both hit for
6 points total damage!
How much was the damage from each separate hit?
I need to know because it will effect concentration check DCs and how/if certain defensive effects work.
Is that 6 damage taking into consideration my defenses. Or before defenses.

dealing damage to an enveloped creature.
Damage is split between the enveloped creature and the enveloping creature after reductions possessed by the enveloping creature.
Item familiar (construct)
Hardness 4
Each blow from the two skeletons lands with a deadened but audible thud as 4 of the 3 points dealt from each strike lands ineffectually.
Leaving 0 damage to split between clover and the item familiar.
While clover is aware of the skeleton's attempts to strike him he is unimpressed and keeps his focus on the demon speaking destructive words at it once again.
Clover rolled 30 using 1d20+21. Truespeach.
Clover rolled 6 using 2d6. Reverse utterance damage.
I can keep this up all day.
You can die or you can release the child without harming him. The choice is yours.
