1. Roll for STATS using 4d6 and dropping the lowest dice. Roll your dice secretly please.
2. STATS may be placed in whichever order you wish.
3. Any result less than 11 (before racial bonus) is to be considered an 11.
(I am merciful am I not).
4. Choose race and class LVL 1 start.
5. You can come from anywhere. (See previous thread on the World.)
6. Starting gear is... rags. Other than that you have nothing. You're meeting each other as prisoners and are chained in wagons heading down the road. This means spell casters will not have a magical focus or any reagents. Wizards will not have their spell books. Keep in mind what this will do to your spell casting at the beginning.
We'll do all the talk back and forth about your character generation in the RTJ threads. I won't be communicating with you on what the other players are making. This is to simulate the randomness of the characters meeting and will hopefully provide for an interesting group. If we have nothing but Barbarians then...ok. Make it work.
I know this seems daunting at the start but I promise you
I have no intentions of having you running around in rags for an extended amount of time. I can also say this will be one of the fastest leveling games on RPOL with the XP system I'm going to play test here.
Figure out how you were captured. What were you doing? Who were you with? Were you betrayed? Did you owe someone money? Did someone's parent not want you dating their child? Were you just randomly attacked? Either way brigands attacked you, bound you, and you find yourself here waking up chained to your seat on a wagon heading...somewhere.
The only element you must all have in common is you were taken in or near Crestbreak.
