Travel:
My map is Hex based, so I am calling one Hex 10miles across. I say you guys with your wagons will travel 20miles a day, (normal according to 5e rules is 24 miles/day). 15 miles if slow, or 25 miles if fast. (5e rules are 18 for slow and 30 for fast)
If you ditch the wagons you will move the normal 5e speeds. On horseback, you will move 25% faster. On a river traveling with the current, you will move 25% faster, or 50% faster if you paddle or sail.
The program I use to will measure distance by the mile so the Hex is a loose measurement and indicator or travel.
