Right, apologies for that. I have yet to figure out the portrait function, so I've been looking for art on google. It is surprisingly hard to find good art for a crossbow user that matches what's in my head.
The description I wrote down is as follows
Caleb is tall, with a lean runner's build. His skin is tanned in a way which suggests a life spent working outside, and has numerous scars which speak of a life of violence. His dark hair is cropped short and his blue eyes are continuously scanning the surroundings. He dresses in simple, functional clothes when not armored. His crossbow is always slung over his back or in arm's reach.

From the tracks, does it look like they were in a hurry? Like, were they fleeing, or just walking? Walking could indicate some level of control over the population.

It varies. Some might be running, others are walking or stumbling.

I'm ready for night, and will be using the available time as I mentioned, preparing our holdout spot as best I can.

I think the only other thing we might want to do before nightfall is check buildings for additional light sources, like lanterns and such. (Which I will mention IC once I have time to make a post there).

Bristle could also animate the bodies that were found to provide some extra defenders, but I figured the other PCs might find that a bit too distasteful...

I don't have a problem with it. After all, Caleb likes magic that's on his side.
I'm more or less ready to move on to the night myself.

I am also I'm ready for night....what a night to be cursed. :)

Somehow, I forgot to mention that Hannah is wearing glasses. Oops, lol.

Did the shadows attack before or after Bristle prepared her spells for the night and removed her armor. The post says "as Bristle is moving for her bedroll," but I am not sure if that means she is heading there right after changing shifts, or heading there right before going to sleep.

Right after changing shifts, she is still in armor and has not prepared spells.

Oh, I am so sorry for forgetting to post it, but the Taldan coins I found come out to being 20,000 gp in assorted coinage.  Split seven ways and rounding for convenience, everyone gets 2,857 gp and 14 sp worth of assorted coins.

That's a LOT of money for this sleepy little town.  Yeah, I know there's the logging company, but still...

That is a lot. I will add it to my sheet. Although I suspect a portion of it will go back to any villagers we might end up saving.

Long distance touch attacks first with magic hand (which is a spell-like abiity) then with a five foot reach (long arms) if she's in the second row. This combined with disrupt undead as a cantrip to be used at will for all day) means a slow but steady accumulation of damage against the undead.
