Re: OOC

I'm not sure if everyone rolled already, but possibly. I didn't check in great detail.

Re: OOC

I'm so sorry, everyone. I have been awake for about 12 hours this week, total. I came down with some sickness, likely the flu, but my local hospitals will not test me for the important stuff until I am at death's door! But, rest assured, as soon as I am well, I will be back.

Everyone was very busy while I was sick! should I be rolling both the fort save and initiative, or skip the fort save?

Players are up on initiative, btw - the werewolf thing's action was the bite.

Is the werewolf registering as fully undead in Bristle's Deathwatch glasses now?

Remind me, are we posting in initiative order, or just somewhere in the PC turn?

Also, did this thing need to pass within AOO range of me to take it's action?

In reply to Hannah (msg # 95):

Somewhere in PC turn, strict initiative order is too obnoxious in PbP. It passed by you but you were flat footed at the time as you had not acted yet, unless you have an ability that allows you to take an AoO while flat footed.

Just a heads up. The power cord to my computer fried yesterday, and my attempts at getting a replacement failed.  So it may be a few days before I'm posting regularly again.

Are we at a spot where the GM is waiting for player input, or at a spot where players are waiting for GM input?

So I know this is never a fun thing to read, and I won't sugarcoat it. This game is great, I am enjoying it a lot. But right now, dealing with both probable-influenza and medication discontinuation, I'm in too rough of shape to realistically run games. It wouldn't be fair to you to deliver a subpar experience, and that's what will happen if I try to force it right now.

To be clear, I'm not canceling this game. I am, however, putting it on a temporary hiatus. I don't know how long this will take to resolve, but if you're still interested in playing when I'm back to a state where I can run it, I'd love to resume. For right now, I just can't run it in a way that would be up to my standards, and trying to force it will just make me feel worse without providing a quality experience for you.

Many apologies.

Just out of curiosity, how deep does the water look? Are we talking waist deep, chest?

It's about chin deep - deep enough you'd have to swim, wading wouldn't cut it. Bristle sees a large bear, but nothing outright aquatic.
