Getting back into the groove guys. Apologies for some delays. Putting an addition onto the house. Lack of energy some nights. Scrambling to get the rough work done against the weather but that hustle is over now, yay!

I should check so I understand - am I correct in that Darius is on the same patch of dry land as Joanna and the kid, separated from Akhenaten and the exit (and Darius' sword and armour) by the water?

I thought everyone went ashore but it seems Joanna decided to climb the rock the child was clinging to. So she is 12 ft across the pond on the other side.

She seems cold and unfocused like she is suffering the affects of hypothermia. However, she has been very clingy, first to the rock and now to your leg and hip.

All stages. The front rank of these are on the shore just out of the water at this point.

Yep all good. Have a new baby and trouble with sleep and feeding. Generally only have time just before bed to post and baby trouble cuts into time and motivation. I get in some posts during the week from work on occasion when its not busy but we are breaking records this month from the workload. Brother in law had his daughter last night so we had a rough one. He's tied now with me for girls, we have 3 each now. Took me four to get the boy and it looks like it will be the same for him, HA.

Thanks for bearing with the delays. The next big change in the story is up next. I plan to have it up for you tomorrow.

Did I warn you that I will be sent away for November and most of December, where I am told we will have zero internet access? That does not sound exciting...

I'll do my best to wrap up this chapter. Everyone can choose to go their own ways at this juncture or to proceed together.

Yeah, I'd prefer to stick together too. Especially with a gritty rule system like this, where where each person is only actually good at a few really specific things... ^.^;
