First meeting of the group was in Teegate.
For a first venture, they had been hired to find the kidnapped bride of a local noble's son (said bride was a merchant's daughter, and the noble did not approve of his son's choice).
The overarching threat (just before the green flame) was something that was going to knock the "axis mundi" off its kilter, unlocked by the release of four fiends.
