Yes. For those familiar with Dragon Age: Inquisition, it's where you first meet Mother Giselle early in the game.
For those not familiar with that game, it's in an area called the Hinterlands, just south of Redcliffe, and is where the East-West roads around Lake Calenhad meet the road to Redcliffe.
The Crossroads are part of the Arling of Redcliffe; the farms in and around it supply the village. The core of it is four homes, one of which is let out by one of the farm families (who live up the hill to the east) to visitors who don't want to travel all the way in to Redcliffe to sleep.
