Had a few things come up today that got in the way of RPOL, but I've read everyone's latest posts and I'll be posting replies over the coming week.

Storms here in Sacramento knocked out power the last couple of days but an update is coming. Had planned for Saturday to be my weekly RPOL night but Mon/Tues may work better with my current schedule. (Is grad school over yet?)

I still owe Daredevil/MK a final scene in their epilogue thread, but will get back to the Mission #2 thread in short order. I suppose the experimental nature of the epilogues- and my rusty Watcher-ing- is well illustrated by the fact that their final scene is now happening retroactively of the main story. Hopefully we don't create any branched timelines, paradoxes, or incursions as a result! ;)

There have been much worse continuity aberrations in the comics.

What's happening?

Sorry for the renewed delays, gang. Right after midterms, I had a series of projects due and I've been flying by the seat of my pants ever since. I thought reducing my work hours would help get things going here again, but with school more than making up the difference, my burnout is back with a vengeance.

I think I will be putting this on another soft pause until I can pull it together. I may give two weeks at my job soon, so if that were to happen, I think I could finally get this off the launch pad. Will check in again within the next week or so.

Works well for me. Wife and I are splitting up and moving has kicked me in the head pretty hard.

Sorry you're going through that.  That really sucks.

I've requested another schedule change at work that could leave me with more energy for this. Of course, it's just my luck that it happened to fall on the week that my supervisor is going on vacation, so I may not hear back for a little while. I'll check in here again once I know what's happening. Hopefully good things.

My other games have ended/gone on hiatus and I could definitely use one or two more.

I GM or co-GM a few games that can always use another good player or two. Do you like freeform, though?

Well, here are links to the two games I run:

X-Men: Worlds Turning (link to another game) is primarily run by me. It's not under my ID, but I've been responsible for running it pretty much solo for its entire existence (plus a few years of its predecessor). It's freeform, but there's always a plot to follow.

Elswin's School for the Exceptional (link to another game) is hard to explain. It wasn't my game originally, or even after the first GM bailed. When the second GM bailed, I restarted the game under my own ID because the group of players was really dedicated to it. It's good if you don't necessarily want a rigid plot to follow. There *IS* a plot, but most of the students haven't even tumbled onto it yet... or care that they haven't.

There's a third game that I help to run, but right now I don't actually know if the Primary GM even wants new players or not.

Apparently, as part of his ongoing efforts to appear in absolutely everything, Pedro Pascal recently confirmed that he will be playing Jean-Paul DuChamp, AKA "Frenchie" (not the one from The Boys), in season two of Moon Knight, alongside long-time BFF Oscar "the grouch" Isaac.

I would have much rather seen him in a more prominent role. Wasn't he attached to Reed Richards at some point?

Dunno.   Just rumours, all.

If I don't get my new work schedule in June as promised, I'm outta there- so hopefully then. Been resisting the urge to give any more dates, but there it is. ;)
