Starting at second level it appears the wizard can regain spell slots. AS read you get spell slots equal to half your level. Even though this is a first level trait.

My read was it requires a long rest for a cleric to regain and/or change up spells.

There is also mention of a light domain, and thus accompanying domain spell allowances, but I can't find the light domain.

My bad.  There were more to my visions, and I got caught up in the scent of the trail.

I have a family connection through marriage to the Rockseekers;  however as it is not entirely looked well upon with the church, I generally don't talk about it much.

Also, roleplaying my character as having mixed up these visions with PTSD from his previous crusade campaigns...  so that explains his reticence to overshare.

Curt, I put my guy as out of Tethyr...  but advise if I should be more familiar with Neverwinter in this area.  Been playing as newbie traveler.

Any thoughts on my second level wizard spells? I've been doing mostly damage dealing (2nd level upgrades: acid arrow, flaming sphere), and if we're facing orcs and especially goblins, area effect spells (snowball swarm, web) seem good. But there's also a selection of good dungeon-delving options (knock, levitate, spider climb, rope trick), roleplaying (suggestion, alter self, detect thoughts), and utility (invisibility, darkness, hold person) spells available. I'm open to suggestions if anyone wants to look over the list.

There doesn't seem to be a lot of open space in the room you found.  Also, there is that Grick thing that we would be able to attack us from behind.  If you can force the goblins to line up in a doorway, that would reduce their number advantage.  Maybe burning hands and run for the hills?  The ones closet to you are goblins and might go down with one spell.  Then you can get out without AoO.  If you want us to all run in, we can.

Looks like we are losing some steam. This adventure is coming to a head. I know there are those that wish to continue to adventure in the region and I have made accommodations to do so. It seems that there are those who might not wish to continue the journey. We will also make accommodations but I ask that everyone hang on to the end of this one and then readjust the group if anyone wishes to leave but I personally will feel the loss...

Hey all, just wanted to apologize for being thin on posts these days. It's the first week of back to school, I took a new job teaching a new curriculum, and I'm figuring out how to do it for kids in the room and kids online simultaneously. Its a little intense, but I am all in on this game. So I totally kill the goblin and take its stuff.

Think I am way, way behind you Nate.

Been a rough couple months;  dealing with a variety of things.  Probably cocooning a bit.

Overcome some health issues that should enable me to get a better routine through the week.

Gwen is leveled up and ready for action. I added Knock (no offense, Zanben) and Maximillian's Earthen Grasp, but the big news is INT 20/+5. Wheee!

Hey guys, I'm so sorry I left y'all hanging, especially without communicating. I got totally buried this summer with travel and other life crap. I'm back in the saddle now and with the exception of one more trip in a week, I should be able to be way more consistent. I'm stoked to get after the Spider and get our Forge back... Curt, let us know if and when we can power this thing back up!
