Greetings all. I am your resident tortle Druid, though whenever we hit level two I'll likely be hitting Wizard for a while and probably going Necromancer.

On a completely random side note I just found some Runts candies on my shelf I forgot I bought yesterday. Awesome.

Anyone know the method we are using for stat generation? Standard array?

Hi! Looks like we've got an interesting group so far. I'll be playing a Fighter, focused on melee combat.

Welcome, everyone!

Characters will start at 1st level. Use the 27-point-buy method for generating your Ability Scores. Don't roll for starting gold but take the equipment provided by your class and background. And feel free to sell (at full price) anything you don't want. If you want to use material from a source other than the PHB or Xanathar's Guide to Everything, check with me first.

Any character sheet that is complete and easy to read is fine with me. You should all have editing privileges on your Character Details page. If you don't, let me know and I'll fix that.

This game will take place in a generic D&D world, but we will be using the Forgotten Realms pantheon of deities.

The story will start in a rural/frontier region. If you want some of your characters to already know each other, feel free to work that out among yourselves; otherwise, you will all have the chance to meet up once the story begins.

Send me a private message when you get your character sheet finished so I can look it over. And let me know if you have any questions.

I imagine we'll start the story sometime next week.

Given I come packing 17 AC that's not affected by Dexterity, a shield, and a racial modifier of +2 to Strength, I'm actually going to be a bit of a muscle mage funnily enough. So I'll be often thumping people alongside you. Though my HP isn't going to be high so large groups will be an issue for me.

Despite what's probably optimum I'm actually going with a high strength instead of focusing entirely on the two casting stats I'll have to rely on (though those aren't hugely low). Though to balance it out I will probably use most of my ability score increases for stats other than the Warcaster feat and lean more towards buffing. Not like there's a huge amount of feats for necromancing anyway.

Being a big tanky druizard smashing people in the head with a stick on the front line is just too fun to not do, and not doing it would be wasting a +2 racial bonus.

I dont think ill be knowing anyone especially since im going with a Hermit background. jakkaru is mostly i front line guy as i plan on going monk (long death) and cleric(death) . I swear its not as edgy as it sounds . Im not apposed to having met up with someone briefly kinda like first day of high school and meeting the person who sits next to you alphabetically.

Considering her background, it's fairly plausible that Nissa could know Eilhana!
