Draxos Interlude


The ranger is surreptitiously summoned by a halfling forester signaling in Harper underhand.

“Fredegast requests the honor of a druidic inspection of the combined Centaur-Halfling Legion.” The dimunitive humanoid is sinewy and strong beneath the overstuffed tabard.  Well hidden blades surely lined each limb, in addition to the sling openly hung on the wide belt.

The ranger graciously accedes and is whisked along with Luska by ki-rin south along the valley roads.  Still mucked by the mild weather and the movement of the hooved company the roads mar the winter landscape.  From the back of the angelic horned horses the open valley hemmed in by the soaring mountain ridgelines is a breathtaking sight.

The ranger is joined by the faerie dragons before swooping over the combined columns of centaurs with halfling slingbearers on their backs.  Joyfully riding and performing stunts and feats of riding in the open fields outside of Waukeshire.

The ranger is feted, and offers the blessing and the provisions of the huntsman before being reunited with the heroes in the skies over Valls.
